New Life Institutional Baptist Church Ministries has envisioned a way to help make a positive difference on the east side of Saginaw. They have started their mission In The City Development Project. It allows them to acquire land, build and refurbish homes, create jobs and businesses, and build a safe house, all through their 501C3 non-profit status.
