Duties: | Gardey Financial Advisors is searching for a full-time Operations Assistant. Responsibilities include reconciling client accounts, follow up on service requests, track and confirm client trades, prepare and track client quarterly reports, run reports for client meetings, and set up new client accounts.
This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, complete tasks on deadlines and work with numbers. Additional requirements include: high degree of attention to detail, excellent time management skills, excellent organization skills, word processing and spread-sheet experience, excellent problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, learn new software quickly, the ability to work as part of a team and general knowledge about investments. Bookkeeping or Accounting experience helpful.
The salary for this position is $28,000 - $34,000, depending on experience.
