| Duties: | The Bavarian Inn Restaurant of Frankenmuth is looking to add many new faces to our ROCKING culinary team! We have a variety of positions available for every skill level. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift moderate weights up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays
Entry Level Positions:
Hot/Cold Food Line Servers; 20-35 hrs/wk at $8.90/hr: Buffet style food lines, team members are responsible for maintaining temperature and quality of food items as well as monitoring and portioning of serving sizes to be taken out to guests.
Dish Team; 20-35 hrs/wk at $8.90/hr:** Responsible for the operation of the dish machines, safely sorting and stacking dirty dishes, pots and pans, glassware, silverware, and/or returning sanitized dishes, glassware and silverware, pots and pans to their proper locations.
Fry Cooks; 20-35 hrs/wk at $9.20/hr: Responsible for the final preparation of fried chicken and individual menu orders for dining rooms, banquets, and private parties. Responsible for the cleaning of the grill and fryer areas.
Experienced Positions:
Line Cooks; 20-40 hrs/wk at $10+ depending on skill set and experience:** Responsible for the preparation of grilled and roasted meats and specialty items for individual menu orders, banquets and private parties. Preps and plates dishes for presentation to guest, maintains the highest standards in quality and sanitation regarding both food items and workstation. |
