| Duties: | Responsible for setting up and preparation of all bar areas including the Lounge, Rhine, Altmuehl and seasonally in the Schnitzelbank Biergarden. Server’s food and beverage and collect for payment. Attend department meetings. Responsible for maintaining and cleaning the bar areas and equipment. Responsible to assist with achieving department and sales goals by making suggestions and helping with menu selections. Follows all the Food Health Department rules and State Liquor Laws. This is a tipped position. |
| Experience Required: | High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be eighteen years of age.
Pleasing personality and appearance and smiling is a must
Minimum six months experience in this position to attain knowledge of procedures and areas.
Ability to stand and walk continually.
Ability to lift trays and other containers of moderate weights, according to training procedures.
Ability to work different schedules and attend meeting.
Cash Handling Skills.
Excellent math skills.
Computer skills
High energy and able to work in the heat outside
Able to make recommendations for food and drinks
Good organizational skills and memory |
