| Duties: | Responsible for the setting up and preparation of Oma’s, Brunch, Room Service, and Breaks. Will assist with setting up private banquet areas, the service of food and beverages to customers, collecting money, periodically reading waitress/waiter manual, attending all wait staff meetings on a monthly basis and general cleaning up of the dining areas and kitchen, promotes monthly dining room and bar specials along with other departments of the Lodge, gives prompt and professional service to guests. Will help other departments when needed. Will help maintain equipment and keep things looking nice. This is a tipped position. |
| Experience Required: | 18 years or older. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum six months experience in waiting tables to attain knowledge of procedures and areas preferred.
Ability to stand and walk continually.
Ability to lift trays and other containers of moderate weights up to 50 #; according to training procedures.
Ability to work different schedules and attend monthly and corporate meetings. |
