| Duties: | Responsible for the preparation of food for steam table and cold food areas and making specialty items for banquets, private parties, buffets, brunch, etc. Prepares food for the employee break area. May perform duties of the Assistant Cook, Dish or possibly Line Cook as trained or directed. |
| Experience Required: | High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand and walk continually.
Minimum six months experience in related kitchen positions.
Ability to withstand the kitchen heat.
Good reading and math skills to follow recipes.
Can follow, understand and convert recipes using standard units of measurement.
Can lift and transport 50# at a time.
Has acceptable knife skills
Is willing and able to pass the Serve Safe Sanitation and Allergy tests |
