| Duties: | Responsible for maintaining Bavarian Inn Lodge high standards and working condition of guestrooms, building, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Preventative Maintenance database for the department. Responsible for preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures. |
| Experience Required: | High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional knowledge equivalent to one-year experience of light repair and maintenance. Ability to continually reach, stretch, bend, lift items heavy weights (75 lbs.), ability to climb
Ladders of all types and be on feet for long periods of time. Valid state driver’s license required.
Ability to drive Lodge vehicles and be insured.
Ability to work both indoor and outdoor year around.
This is a progressive position. Within two years after hire, a Maintenance Worker, Level 4, must have as least one certification in the following areas:
Refrigeration I & II, Pesticides, Swimming Pool Operator, Cooling Tower Biocide Application, Plumbing, or Electrical. Must also have the ability to demonstrate successful |
