We are pleased to announce our keynote speaker, National Safety Speaker: Dr. Todd Conklin, who will present An Introduction to the New Human Performance Safety Theory. This theory invites administration, management and workers to come together to look at systems that lead to failures and accidents and make changes before the failures occur. Conklin practices these ideas not only in his own workplace, but also in the event investigations at other workplaces around the world. Conklin defines safety at his workplace like this: “Safety is the ability for workers to be able to do work in a varying and unpredictable world.” This is a great opportunity to bring your entire team to join us at the Great Hall to hear the powerful safety message he will deliver.
