Robert Fionda will offer practical approaches to painting outdoors. Learn to set limits to increase your success and lower your stress! Painting outside for the first time can be an overwhelming experience. Robert will take you through strategies for finding subject matter then focusing and painting with direction and confidence. Students will work in the Saginaw Museum's gardens for inspiration. This is a four hour class that will conclude with a casual group critique of the day’s artwork. The day will provide a perfect warm-up for the 2017 Great Lakes Bay En Plein Air Festival.
Fee: Cost: $55 for SAWA or SAM Members / $70 for non-members DUE IN FULL BY FRIDAY, MAY 19, 2017.
