The service was awesome. Technician Jacob Schoch arrived in timely manner. Job was completed and done in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the new garage door opener equipment, system and technology. He was friendly and showed care and concern.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Dover Doors based out of Flint, Michigan is a really great company. The window company sent the wrong window so they had to order a new one. Well, the installation had a little hiccup. I texted Dustin based in Flint. Not only did I get immediate response, but he personally came and fixed the problem himself. It looks great now and everyone who comes by, compliments my new siding, doors, and windows. We also got insulation at the same time. All the employees were courteous and on time. I would recommend them for any building needs you might have.

Real fast service, I approved the estimate and the garage door was installed two days later. I ordered windows in the garage door and the windows that were installed are much nicer than I thought they would be. Good company, good product, good service.

I originally only "needed" the springs replaced but was so very pleased with Kyle's promptness, professionalism and knowledge that I had him replace my 28 yr. old garage door opener too! I hope I won't need their services again for a long time but IF I do, Dover Doors will be the first place I call and so should YOU!

Dover was the first company to respond to my request. I spoke with all responders but was most impressed with Dover. The young man who performed the installation was professional, polite, explained what he was going to do and reviewed the door functions and maintenance when he was done. He also cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Dover to my family and friends.

I researched Angie's List for a company to replace our garage door and found great reviews for Dover & Company Garage Doors, in Flint, MI. I followed the link to Dover's website and requested a quote. They called the next morning to set an appointment to meet at my house with samples. Tina Hering took measurements and discussed options with us. We selected the door and color we wanted, as well as the opener that provided all the functions we wanted. The size of our door was larger than their standard double (16'x8'), so was ordered with a promised fulfillment of 3 weeks. The order was placed on December 4th. It arrived earlier than promised and installation was scheduled for Dec 21st. On December 21st, Dover called to inform me that they were shorthanded on installers due to illness and asked to reschedule, if possible. The scheduler said he'd talk to his manager to see if there was a way to install that day, but penciled in a reschedule for Dec. 26th. Twenty minutes later, I received another call saying they would arrive to do the installation in 20 minutes. Jake and another man arrived and proceeded to install the door. It took abut 3-4 hours for them to remove the old door, tracks and opener, and install the new tracks, door and opener. They explained all the functions and ensured the door was operating correctly. They also swept the garage floor and wiped the door, inside and out, lubricated the springs, hinges and wheels. We are very satisfied and happy with the purchase and service from Dover & Company Garage Doors.

Dover Door was awesome to work with, we had remodeled a house and needed garage doors. From the time we called Dover Door, I was impressed with the level of service they offered! Zack was outstanding, very professional and timely, he even had to come to our house several times because my wife couldn't pick out the color she wanted for the garage doors. The installation team rocked the install, showed up on the day and time they promised and did a great job installing the doors. I would highly recommend Dover Doors! This company is Top Notch. They hit on all of the things that were important to me and my wife- 1) Attractive, High Quality Door and Operator with all the gadgets. 2) The install was perfect. Their tech's were the best. 3) Customer Service was above and beyond. We had our own customer consultant from start to finish that helped us with door design, kept us informed throughout, even called us the day the door was installed to make sure we were completely happy.

By time, we got a schedule, they were out. They were on time and they installed it properly. The price is very competitive. They are all in uniforms. They were all on time and didn't have to do any re scheduling.
