Looking for a Fantastic Way to grow your technical expertise? We have you covered.
To start, you’ll be trained to maintain and keep production machinery operating properly.
You will be responsible for ensuring the correct material is loaded on the machine.
Occasionally you’ll be responsible for loading the machine with raw materials.
You will place foam for completed products and places completed products (rolls) on pallets.
Update/Maintain QC/Production records in PLEX system as prescribed by quality notifications.
Load/Unload foam material in production
Visually inspect for quality defect detection.
Clean area is a safe area, you will maintain a clean machine and surrounding area.
Ability to follow all detailed work instructions for the assigned process/machine.
Operates all equipment in the prescribed manner
Reports all safety concerns to the manager
Maintain awareness of company policies
Support the Company’s continuous improvement initiatives ( We would love your ideas!)
Completes all tasks as assigned by Manager. |
| Experience Required: | Education/Experience
• A High School Diploma or equivalent training or experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing role preferred.

include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
You’ll need steel toe shoes.
Skills/Abilities:
Good communication with the team is a must, so you must have very good communication skills
We work with computers on every line so you must be able to do basic data entry and have entry level computer skill knowledge. |
