| Duties: | D&M SITE, Inc. is currently seeking a CAD Technician with strong organizational and communication skills to join our team. As a CAD Technician you will be required to generate survey and civil engineering drawings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Work closely with surveyors to generate Certificate of Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Mortgage Reports; Work closely with engineers to generate plans, cross-sections, profiles, details, tables, notes, etc., associated with land development, subdivisions, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, structural, as-builts, utilities and much more; Work from detailed sketches, verbal or written direction, or be able to translate field survey notes to produce a multitude of CAD related models and layouts; Responsible for self-checking work prior to review by senior staff. Some field work may be required of the CAD Technician to aid senior designers and engineers to complete projects. |
| Experience Required: | Experience with AutoCAD is a must; Minimum 1 year of experience as a CAD Technician, preferably in the civil engineering or surveying field; Ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail required; Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks; Ability to speak and write professionally; Be highly motivated, a problem solver and capable of working alone; Microsoft Office experience preferred |
