| Duties: | D&M SITE, Inc. is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Civil Engineer/Project Manager. The successful candidate for this position will coordinate, supervise and participate in projects that include, but are not limited to, the following activities: Preparation of proposals on projects with subsequent project management responsibilities including: budgeting, scheduling, directing teams, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines, and communicating with all team members, clients, contractors, and outside consultants; Design water, sewer, drainage and road infrastructure projects including the development of studies, preliminary and final design, and permitting and construction oversight; Design plans, specifications and cost estimates for projects; Administer construction contracts including review of construction submittals, pay applications and project changes; Quality control of work products prepared under his/her direction; Maintain and develop positive client and team relationships; Attendance at project meetings, public hearings and presentations at interviews for new projects.

| Experience Required: | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required; Must possess current Michigan PE license; 3-4 or more years of experience; Knowledge of design standards and manuals required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; AutoCAD experience required |
