| Duties: | Create and send quotes
Work with Data Processing team to enter sales orders
Active use of CRM to log activities and ensure timely follow-ups on all opportunities
Assist Regional Sales Managers during travel to track their activities in CRM
Follow up on leads to keep them moving forward through the sales process
Schedule in-person demos and sales meetings for Regional Sales Managers
Maintain knowledge of product lines, business processes, industry trends, and support the sales team with strategic planning
Collaborate with team members spanning the entire company to drive end-to-end sales processes
Market research on competitors, new markets, new product lines
Attend tradeshows and present on behalf of the company with passion and purpose

| Experience Required: | Strong interpersonal skills
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, customer relationship management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred |
