Position Summary NetSource One, Inc. is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager is a client facing role responsible for building client relationships, maintaining the health of those relationships, and managing questions, concerns, and overall expectations of our clients. The Account Manager will also be responsible for selling our IT solutions, partner/vendor products, and managed services solutions.
Experience Required:Key Responsibilities: - Manage territory, including account planning and opportunity management - Achieve sales objectives primarily through sales of additional services to existing customers and to new customers as well - Discover client business needs and propose appropriate products or services - Effectively communicate services, consulting, hardware, software, and cloud offerings to customers - Responsible for understanding a client’s needs, helping clients get most of the existing products they have purchased, and increasing revenue by introducing new products or services - Provide feedback from field experience to sales management with regards to product, selling, competitive matters, etc. - Build and maintain trusting relationships with associates and customers - Track all sales elements in ticket tracking software (ConnectWise) - Follow sales process and comply with company defined policies & procedures - Keep all sales activities, appointments, opportunities updated per management guidelines - Lead structured meetings with business owners to present strategies, build budgets and meet with stakeholders to provide cutting edge recommendations that meet their business needs - Review best practices and standards to help clients work towards a fully standardized technology stack (simple, secure and reliable) - Collect client feedback and work with internal teams to address needs and celebrate wins - Communicate often and effectively both with clients and internal teams - Compile and present business reviews with executive reports - Maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings - Review all company provided information in a timely manner (reports, lists, dashboards) and report any issues to management. Desired Qualifications and Knowledge: - Sales experience selling IT services, products, or consulting - Proven success in developing client relationships - Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clients - A knack for understanding a client’s needs even when not expressed directly Preferred Skills: - Must be able to work well in a team - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Sound judgment to know when to escalate issues to management - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to adapt quickly to changes and multi-task - Competitive, high achiever who persists despite obstacles, opposition, or setbacks - Excellent service is required to ensure assigned accounts meet or exceed client satisfaction through up-selling.
