Duties: | Responsible for the installation and life-cycle maintenance of PCs, phone equipment, and other connectivity equipment.
Acts as first point of contact for helpdesk requests.
Supporting associates’ needs in the ERP system
Keep Amigo up to date on software releases
Monitor and ensure daily backups of system data
Training of Amigo associates on computer software and hardware
Maintain Active Directory and implement group policies
Respond to helpdesk tickets timely and professionally
Assist and backup other members of the IT department
Keep computer/phone equipment running at and in proper configuration
Configure network switches, firewalls, and routers
Assist with Linux and Windows servers
Keep detailed notes on configurations and issue resolutions
Work with vendors from but not limited to copier, phone, and software companies
Maintenance and administration of virtualized and cloud-based SaaS applications
Software/hardware projects as assigned |
Experience Required: | Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred
Industry certifications
Experience in Microsoft 365 and network infrastructure
Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as remote access desktop programs
Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS SQL, HTML, and CSS knowledge
Professional written and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently |
