Create diagnostic troubleshooting guides for Amigo and field technicians to use.
Perform diagnostics and offer technical assistance for both commercial and healthcare customers.
Assist in inside service technician and factory service training. |
Experience Required: | Ability to comprehend and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
Proven technical and diagnostic capabilities.
Willingness to engage with retail customer service technicians, healthcare dealers, and Amigo end users via email and phone.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to write diagnostics processes in a way that field service technicians can comprehend.
Ability to master NetSuite software packages.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills. |
