Positive Results Downtown is an organization of volunteers formed to develop and promote Downtown Saginaw. The goals of Positive Results Downtown are to attract new business to the downtown area, encourage and support the existing business and professional community, and to improve and beautify the downtown environment.
Special events include Bringing Back the Ice, Outhouse Race, Saginaw Spirit Ice Blast, Beach Ball, Memorial Day Parade, Harvest Days, Holiday in the Heart of the City, Christmas Parade and Friday Night Live.
