The Andersen Enrichment Center and Saginaw Arts and Enrichment Commission host several arts and cultural events each year beginning with an annual student art exhibit in January featuring artwork from the Saginaw Public Schools. Art @ the Andersen highlights paintings and photographs of Michigan Artists. Each June, the Art and Garden Festival fills the Rose Garden with vendors and visitors alike. Wednesday evenings in July finds crowds enjoying Jazz in the Garden concerts featuring Michigan's most popular jazz bands. A regional water color exhibit takes place every fall, and HollyDay Art Fair returns in early December. All of these events are open to the public with free admission for the enjoyment of residents of the Great Lakes Bay Region.
