Mt. Pleasant Abstract and Title was started in 1981 and then opened Saginaw Bay Area Title Agency in 2014. Since then we have grown to 25 offices throughout Central and Northern Michigan. Local is important to us – we like knowing and being a contributing part of the communities we live and work in.
Our success has been based on the relationships we have made. We are relationship builders and strive to be a valuable team member in the Real Estate Settlement process. Our number one goal is to be a stress reliever and we do that with a strong mixture of good old fashion personal touch, service, technology and integrity. Buying, selling, or financing a home is probably the largest, most important transaction 95% of us will ever be involved in. It is our privilege to be part of that transaction.
