The Saginaw Valley YPN is a fast growing, influential group of emerging leaders from Saginaw County’s business community.
Leadership requires us to get involved in many different areas of our community. One such area is to have an impact on candidates running for political office. This year, the Saginaw City Council will elect a new mayor as well as several new city council members.
In an effort to help bring these candidates to the public, the YPN will help facilitate a Candidate Forum where Chamber Members and the voting community will have the opportunity to meet the candidates running for Saginaw City Council and participate in a question and answer forum.
MLive/Saginaw has offered to host the event at their site in Old Town that will include the wider press community; including press coverage from TV and radio.
If you are interested in finding our more information on how you can be a part of this Government Affairs Task Force, a round table discussion will be lead by Veronica Horn, Executive Vice President of Government Affairs on Wednesday, June 19th from 5:30pm-6:30pm at the Saginaw Club.
