Dr. Todd Thomas is the Associate Academic Dean as well as professor at DeVos Graduate School of Management at Northwood University. His professional career began with five years as Manager of Organizational Development and Training at Rockwell Avionics in Cedar Rapids, IA. From there he joined Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation where he was a team leader in Organizational and Executive Development. With the DaimlerChrysler merger, he became Senior Manager of Organizational and Executive Development where he had offices in Michigan and Berlin, Germany and supervised an international team located in five countries. In this role, he was personally responsible for C-suite executive development as well as internal coaching and company-wide succession planning.
