Cindy Ivanac-Lillig earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Boston College and a master’s degree in international affairs and economics from Johns Hopkins University. She previously worked in microfinance where she oversaw a multimillion dollar USAID program. Her background also includes working for the United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees.
