• Home Builders Associations of Saginaw and Midland invite you to our 2024 Spring Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes route is your opportunity to tour beautiful homes in your community in an open house format. You can expect to see luxurious estates, cozy family homes, discover a variety of layouts, new trends, and timeless designs that cater to every taste and style. Its also a great time to speak with HBA members who are LOCAL builders about your build, upgrade, or purchase of a new home. Additional to the in-person route, we also include a route of homes to view virtually as well. This event is FREE to the PUBLIC! Parade of Homes are open Sat May 11, 1pm-5pm Sun May 12, 1pm-5pm Wednesday May 15 5pm-8pm Sat May 18 1pm-5pm Sun May 19 1pm-5pm Visit www.hba-parade.com to check out the Saginaw and Midland Parade routes.
