 | Join the Urban Racquet Sports Foundation and the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting celebration recognizing the launch of the new Micro Market Convenience Store at Garber Courts on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 11 a.m.
Garber Courts recently introduced new Micro Market vending machines that are now open and available for public use, providing convenient access to snacks, beverages, and healthier food options for players, families, youth program participants, and community members visiting the facility. The Micro Market was made possible through Healthy Zones, a grant-funded initiative through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services focused on combating obesity, improving access to healthier food choices, and supporting food security in community-based spaces. Garber Courts is proud to be one of just 20 nonprofit organizations selected to participate in the initiative.
Community members are invited to attend the ribbon cutting, tour the facility, and learn more about how the Healthy Zones initiative is helping expand access to convenient and nutritious food options in the community.
