After two years of renovations, The Salvation Army, 2030 N. Carolina Street, Saginaw, MI 48602, is reopening its community center and inviting the community to mark this exciting milestone. The celebration will include a brief dedication service, followed by an opportunity to tour the renovated facility and learn more about the organization's future programs, services, and events that will take place in the new space.
