Course 1: Roasted Bronzino, Golden Beet Pineapple Salsa, Lemon Chive Beurre Nanté paired with a Riesling Kabinett
Course 2: Arugula Salad, Sourdough Focaccia Crostini, Goat Cheese Brulee, Fig, Toasted Pine Nut, Tempura Drop Peppers, Crispy Schinken paired with Bavarian Inn Spumante
Course 3: Peach and Feta Chicken Wonton paired with Bavarian Inn Piesporter
Course 4: Old Fashion Sauerbraten – a twist on the classic sauerbraten, short rib marinated in bourbon, wine, and orange. Braised with cherries and served with a fennel parsnip salad, tarragon orange vinaigrette, root vegetable gratin, orange black pepper tuile, and a reduction of stock, bourbon, red wine, orange, and cherries, paired with a smoked classic Old Fashioned made with Bavarian Inn Bourbon. As an alternative guests may also enjoy the Bavarian Inn Frankenmuth® Chicken during the entrée course.
Course 5: Peach Spiced Brown Butter Upside Down Cake, Rum Caramel, Grilled Peach, Pecan Crisp, Frangelico Whipped Cream, paired with a duo of Bavarian Inn Ice Wine and Honey Wine.
