Join us Friday, October 9 at 5:30 PM for Pilates with Audrey Espinoza and an infrared sauna session.
Pilates supports strength, stability, mobility and body control. Infrared sauna adds a separate layer of heat-based recovery and relaxation. Together, they create a well-rounded session built around purposeful movement and recovery-focused heat exposure.
New to Pilates or sauna? That’s completely fine. This event is designed to be approachable for first-timers while still offering value for those who already have experience with either—or both.
Coming with someone? Register for two, share a sauna suite, and you’ll each receive a $5 Salix credit toward a future visit.
