Spence Brothers is celebrating 120 years of building trust and important facilities with project partners throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region. They help our communities thrive through their service and leadership; and by constructing some of our Region’s greatest projects, such as MBS International Airport, SVSU’s College of Health & Human Services, the City of Saginaw Neighborhood Stabilization Project, and they are beginning construction on the new East End development in Midland. Although they provide construction services throughout Michigan, Spence Brothers is proud to call the Great Lakes Bay Region home.
