| Duties: | Are you ready to lead a team that defines the cutting-edge of IT service excellence? Join us at NetSource One, Inc. as our Service Manager! In this role, you’ll lead a team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and delivering top-tier technical support. As our Service Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations of the service team, manage dispatchers and coordination of service requests, improve usage of IT support resources to increase productivity of the team, and communicate directly with clients to ensure that they are receiving seamless service and technical support. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for IT, a positive and service-oriented personality, exceptional leadership skills, self-motivated, and a commitment to continuous learning. Preferred qualifications include: Associate or bachelor degree in information technology management, computer science, or related fields; 2 + years of experience in IT; and 2 + years in a leadership role.
