Hoyt Nursing and Rehab Centre was founded in 1963 and joined the Nexcare family in 2016. We have 119 beds servicing both short and long term care needs with both private and semi-private accommodations. Hoyt is clinically staffed 24/7 with more than 200 on-site professionals. Hoyt has been voted "Best of the Best" in the Saginaw News Readers Choice Awards for the last 10 years! We have been awarded 5 stars accreditation from CMS for the last 8 years and most recently the recipient of the AHCA Bronze Award in 2018.
