Student athletes can obtain a sports physical for only $15! Physicians from St. Mary's of Michigan Birch Run will conduct the physicals
on Saturday, May 6, from 9 am to noon at Birch Run High School, located at 12450 Church Street.
The $15 cost is donated back to the athlete's school. Only cash and checks are accepted.
No appointments are needed. Participants are seen on a walk-in basis. Please make sure students bring a Michigan High School Athletic Association Medical History/consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
St. Mary's of Michigan Birch Run and its providers offer this service every year
to area students needing physicals.
