Comedian Bill Burr will appear at The Dow Event Center October 12 at 8 p.m. Tickets are just $35, when purchased in person at The Dow Event Center Box Office.
Burr's material delves into sports, the scourge of social media, and more -- all with a common thread of a "wickedly satirical" delivery.
The comedian first gained notoriety for his recurring role on the second season of "Chappelle's Show."
Burr's acting profile skyrocketed after his appearance on AMC's "Breaking Bad." That break allowed Burr to add actor to his resume and receive other premium roles including a character in the film "Stand Up Guys" starring Academy Award winners Al Pacino and Christopher Walken.
A new animated show, "F is for Family," debuted in 2015. It features the voices of Burr, Laura Dern and Justin Long as the Murphy family.
He has five stand-up specials, the most recent of which premiered on Netflix on Jan. 31, 2017.
Burr has produced more than 400 episodes of his "Monday Morning Podcast" since launching the online podcast in 2007.
Tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m. and are available at Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or in person at The Dow Event Center Box Office.
