Please join Covenant Visiting Nurse Association Hospice staff as we begin the holiday season by embracing the memories of those we have lost at our Annual Christmas Candlelight Service. Our Hospice Remembrance Tree will be fully decorated with an assortment of ornaments. Upon arriving we invite you to take a Holiday Wish Tag and write a wish or memory of your loved one to hang on the tree. In honor of your loved one, each family will be given an opportunity to take an ornament home with them.
Following the candlelight service, refreshments will be served along with an opportunity to visit with Hospice staff members. RSVP to 1-866-268-3626. This event is open to the community.
