Home Builders Assoc. is a professional trade association serving the residential building industry and the communities in Gladwin, Midland, and Saginaw Counties through providing informational and educational services. "Home Show" is a trade show open to the public for our members to showcase their goods and services for your home under one roof. These are held annually are in Frankenmuth and Midland the first two weekends of March. A fall and a spring "Parade of Homes" is held each year. Parade of Homes is FREE to community members to visit new build homes from our builder members in an open house style.
