Home Builders Assoc of Great Lakes Bay Region. is a professional trade association serving the residential building industry and their communities in Gladwin, Midland, and Saginaw Counties through providing informational and educational services. We advocate for the building and remodelng industry by promoting high professional standards, supporting homeownership, empowering skilled trades education and workforce development in our communities.
We host the Annual Home Shows, in which we invite our communities to check all products and services for your home all under one rool in Frankenmuth and Midland in early spring. We also host the long running Parade of Homes in May and October. The Parade of Homes has our builder members invite the public to a route of open houses come inside and check out the craftsmanship and innovation thier most recently completed projects.
