| Duties: | Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects.
• Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction workers.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates and address any issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management. |
| Experience Required: | Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. |
