| Duties: | Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities within the Great Lakes Bay Region
- Coordinate caregiver schedules, coverage, and routine communications
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to assigned staff
- Assist with onboarding processes, training coordination, and documentation
- Support care coordination to ensure client needs are met
- Serve as a secondary contact for clients and families regarding non-clinical matters
- Maintain accurate records related to staffing and service delivery
- Support compliance, audits, and quality improvement activities |
| Experience Required: | Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in home health, healthcare operations, or human services
- Experience coordinating staff or services
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfortable using scheduling systems and basic office software
- Knowledge of Medicaid-funded or community-based services is a plus |
