If you enjoy bringing creative energy to organized systems and take pride in keeping marketing campaigns sharp, timely, and compliant, this is the perfect fit for you.This is not a graphic design role — it’s about executing marketing at a high level of precision, not creating visuals from scratch.What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Marketing Calendar: Keep events, seminars, campaigns, and social scheduling coordinated and updated.
Execute Campaigns: Develop and update materials in Canva and PowerPoint, ensuring brand consistency.
Manage Email Marketing: Launch and track campaigns via Mailchimp or Constant Contact, following best practices.
Keep Data Clean: Maintain the marketing segment of our CRM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Track Performance: Measure KPIs, update dashboards, and help the team make informed decisions.
Support Events & Seminars: Prepare materials, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless execution.
Organize Marketing Assets: Catalog templates, files, and branding assets so everything is easy to find.
Project Coordination: Work closely with our team and vendors to keep projects moving forward.

This is an execution-focused, structured marketing role.
Creative thinking is valued—but you’ll be operating within established systems and processes.
This position does NOT involve graphic design or remote work.
