Duties:• Coordinates and administers the clubs By-Laws and Rules, and maintains operating policies and procedures, including HR. • Directs the work of all subordinate department heads which includes Dining Room Manager, Executive Chef, Head Bartender and office positions. • Implements and monitors the budget, monitors the quality of the clubs products and services, and ensures maximum member and guest satisfaction. • Secures and protects the clubs assets. • Achieves specific annual performance goals. • Maintain a high standard of excellence while promoting a People First Culture. • Manages club financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action plans. • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, while complying with legal regulations. • Implements general policies established by the Board of Directors; directs their administration and execution. • Trains and monitors employees while evaluating their performance and productivity. • Actively markets club memberships and provides exceptional Member services. • Recruits, selects, and develops talent while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Experience Required:• 5 + years in Club Management or related field (preferred) • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Admin (preferred) • Certified Club Manager CCM) designation (preferred) • Strong written and oral communication skills • Exceptional leadership skills - Self-motivated, strategic thinker, positive attitude • Adaptable to change – can solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach • Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills • Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office products, and social media
