| Duties: | -Learn and become knowledgeable about Farm Bureau insurance products, including Auto, Home, and Umbrella.
-Learn and navigate Farm Bureau systems and technology to efficiently serve clients.
-Meet with prospective and current clients to identify their insurance needs.
-Recommend personalized insurance solutions that provide the right protection and value.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
-Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure their coverage continues to meet their needs.
