| Duties: | Glastender, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of custom bar and restaurant equipment, is accepting resumes for a Director of Supply Chain. This is a highly visible leadership role on our executive management team, offering the opportunity to truly expect more from your career while making a meaningful impact on our operations.
The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain function, including purchasing, materials management, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations. This role plans, directs, and controls activities related to the procurement and movement of raw materials, purchased components, tools, equipment, and services that support manufacturing and overall business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic oversight of purchasing and supplier relationships
Leadership of materials planning, inventory accuracy, and material flow
Management of shipping/receiving and warehouse operations, including logistics efficiency and accuracy
Development and execution of supply chain strategies that support production, cost, quality, and delivery goals
Leading, developing, and aligning supply chain teams to meet operational and strategic targets

| Experience Required: | What Were Looking For
