The Ezekiel Project was incorporated in 1997 as a non-profit 501 (c) 3 community organization in Saginaw by a group of Clergy. Today, the Ezekiel Project is a collaborative of congregations, organizations, school districts, and health care facilities in the Great Lakes Bay Region that advocate for social and economic justice issues. We are a faith based organization that emphasizes the philosophy that faith must be accompanied with action, our faith mandates that we strive together to pursue the goals we believe are keeping with the design of God. They are:

* Respect for the Dignity of each person
* Fairness
* Civility
* Kindness
We are a multi-racial, interfaith organization that involve ourselves in social and community issues such as:
* Equitable allocation and distribution of public funds
* Equal opportunities for quality public education in ALL 13 school Districts In Saginaw County
* Equal access to public transportation
* Equal opportunity for full and meaningful employment for qualified local residents in Saginaw County
* Safe and healthy neighborhoods in which to live
* Accountable local, state and federal elected and appointed officials
Our funding sources are through the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Campaign For Human Development, along with fundraisers, sponsors and donor support.
