Swanhaven Manor is located on Kennely Rd just off of Gratiot in Thomas Township/Shields. Take I-75 North to Route 46 West (Gratiot). Turn west onto Gratiot and follow 10.5 miles until you reach Kennely, turn right onto Kennely. Swanhaven Manor is located on the right hand side.
