Event Description: Have you ever considered learning how to draw? Accomplished artist, Armin Mersmann, will share his experiences as an artist, his philosophy, his artwork, contour drawings, graphite drawings, and techniques you would learn in a beginning drawing class. It might encourage you to take a future drawing class or just draw on your own! Although Midland artist Mersmann is mainly known for his intense naturalistic graphite drawings, he also works in photography and encaustic wax, which is much more abstract than his drawings.
