Event Description: Victorious Believers will host a virtual service for its annual Black History Program, Sunday, February 21. This year's theme is "Out of the Ashes We Rise". The program will celebrate the numerous achievements of African-Americans through the creative expressions of dancing, drama, and a Special Presentation of the "Wonderfully Made" African-American Fine Arts Collections, Saginaw Arts Museum. The keynote speaker will be Dr. J. Vincent B. Oriedo, PH.D., The Dow Chemical Company. This educational community event is free and opened to the public.
