Event Description: Make some summer memories at Zehnder’s Kids Camp Looking for a great Kid’s Summer Camp Program? Are your children always helping in the kitchen, asking to bake cookies or how to cook? Then Zehnder’s “Culinary Skills with a Splash” Day Camp is perfect for your child! Zehnder’s Kid’s Camp offers your child a unique experience of learning, skill-building, fun and pleasure. What Will Your Child Experience? The day begins with our professional bakers teaching your children how to make fresh baked goods from scratch. They may even bring some goodies home to share. Next, they meet our Chefs who give hands-on instructions on preparing their lunch from start to finish. Before and during lunch, campers will be taught some basic dining etiquette and table manners each day. After lunch, there is a craft time and golf at The Fortress where campers will participate in golf activities. Each day will conclude with time to play at Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel and Waterpark. Zehnder’s will be following the social distancing requirements and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment during all camp activities. Daily Activities: Day One: • Tour of Zehnder’s Restaurant • Bakery – homemade German Pretzels and Banana Pudding • Craft Time • Golf – Golfing Fun • Splash Village – Outdoor Pool and Waterpark Fun Day Two: • Bakery – Cheese Bow Tie Knots and Oreo Cake • Kitchen – Chicken Noodle Soup, Graham Cracker Berry Sandwich • Craft Time • Golf – Golfing Fun • Splash Village – Outdoor Pool and Waterpark Fun Day Three: • Bakery – Assorted Summer Cookie Gift Box • Kitchen – Zehnder’s Fried Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Potato Dinner Rolls, Mashed Potatoes and Ice Cream Sundaes • Craft Time • Splash Village – Outdoor Pool and Waterpark Fun Camp Fee Includes: • Camp T-Shirt • Chef’s Hat • Camp Photo • All Supplies and Ingredients • Certificate of Participation • Recipe Book • Staff Supervision Cost is $250 for all three days, registration is limited to 24 campers, minimum 15 required.
