Event Description:
To kick off 2022 and in the spirit of service, the YPN will be
giving back
through volunteerism to the CAN Council Great Lakes Bay Region as they host their 29th Annual Mardi Gras Auction on Thursday, February 17, 2022.
This fundraiser honors CAN Council's Child Advocate of the Year and ensures the agency’s continued ability to protect Saginaw’s children throughout 2022. As a young professional, you can make a difference for a child in our community by helping volunteer and provide your time and an extra hand to assist the CAN Council in making this event a success! In addition, YP’s who volunteer are also invited to attend and enjoy the event!
Details About the Event:
Attendees will enjoy a Southern-inspired feast, exciting silent and live auction, and New Orleans-style entertainment, all while raising critical funds for CAN Council’s child abuse prevention, intervention, and advocacy services. Doors open at Horizons Conference Center at 5:30 p.m., and dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m.
GOOD NEWS! Thanks to the generosity of our YPN members -- the only shifts remaining that still need volunteers are listed below:
Day Before – Wednesday, 2/16/2022
