Event Description: Victorious Believers Ministries (VBM) will host its annual Men’s Weekend conference from Friday, June 24 through Sunday, June 26. In honor of Men’s Health Month and in an effort to encourage more African Americans to become donors, the conference will begin with the “MANpower Sickle Cell Blood Drive” on Friday, June 24 from 10am to 2:45pm at VBM in the Family Life Center. Donors can sign up for a time slot to donate at www.vbmevents.com. All donors will receive a $20 Amazon Gift Card. A special community worship service will take place later that evening at 7pm with guest speaker, Superintendent Nathaniel Green, Senior Pastor of the Grace Cathedral Church of God in Dallas, TX. Pastor Green is also the International Youth Department President for the Church of God in Christ. Saturday, June 25, there will be a Men’s Bowling Fellowship at Stardust Entertainment Center, 3750 Bay Rd, in Saginaw. This is a ticketed event. The deadline to purchase tickets is Friday, June 24. Lastly, the Men’s Day Service will take place on Sunday, June 26 at 11am. The guest speaker is Minister Brian Pruitt, CEO of Power of Dad in Saginaw, MI. Minister Pruitt is a power motivational speaker, author, and entrepreneur. This service is free, and open to the public, and designed to strengthen the entire family.
