The Saginaw County YPN is thrilled to kick off the fall season by connecting our members and community with another impactful #YPNGivesBack service project! In the spirit of service, the Saginaw County YPN has partnered with Rescue Ministries of Mid-Michigan and its Impact Designs initiative.
Impact Designs judiciously distributes donated household furnishings to those of the Mission's guests who are working toward an independent living experience for their family. Through Impact Designs, an entry level, unfurnished apartment or rented house is transformed into a warm and pleasant home for them.

The YPN is excited to participate and help lead a design and a move-in event with Impact Designs. Existing items already donated by members of the community and organized by Rescue Ministries will be awaiting our YPN volunteers who will help decorate and move furniture into a family's new home. At the conclusion of the project, the family permanently residing in the space will be introduced to their newly furnished home.
Please note, the move-in location has not yet been announced, but it will be held at a location within Saginaw County.
To best plan and prepare for this service project, we kindly ask that volunteers please register for this event.
Volunteers may participate for a portion of the day or for the entirety of the event. As the event nears, we will contact volunteers to establish a volunteer schedule.
